We offer a number of support services for clients who require additional assistance with the implementation of their new systems, processes or solutions. This is offered in various forms, including ticket support, priority chat, email and telephone support, and personalized training initiatives.

We also create content through our blog, newsletter and weekly podcast: Technically Speaking that highlights the impact and opportunities technology has on and for businesses. These are also great platforms to engage with other business owners, ask questions, share experiences and get support along your shared journey.

Additional training on the use of new systems or implementation of new processes is facilitated either virtually or on site. It includes both the training materials and facilitation.

We aim to respond to all tickets within one business day. While ticket support is not scheduled for weekends and holidays, urgent tickets may be responded to.

Subscriptions are available on a month-to-month basis that relieve you from obligation. Clients can also purchase subscriptions at a quarterly or annual rate to save overall costs.
